Our Work

Tree Plantation

Planting is easy. Survival is the real goal. We plant native trees with a clear after‑care plan so saplings grow into long‑term green assets for the community.

Environment & sustainability

Native trees, measurable survival

We plan plantation drives with the same discipline as any large program: site approval, native species selection, community participation, and after‑care. The focus is survival percentage — not photo‑only plantation.

Site selection
School grounds, roadside stretches, community parks, and approved open spaces.
Native species
Preference for local, climate‑resilient species suitable for the site conditions.
Watering plan
Scheduled watering (especially first 90–120 days) and heatwave support.
Protection
Tree guards where needed and community stewardship to prevent damage.

What a plantation drive includes

Community mobilization
Volunteers, students, residents, and partners coordinated for the day.
Plantation + mulching
Proper pit size, compost/mulch support, and tagging as feasible.
After‑care tracking
Periodic checks for survival, watering completion and replacements if needed.

How you can participate

  • Volunteer for digging/planting/watering support.
  • Adopt a tree (sponsor after‑care for a sapling).
  • Host a drive at schools, societies, offices, or campuses.
  • Support tools (guards, watering cans, gloves, compost).
Metrics we care about
Saplings planted, survival rate after 3–6 months, replacements done, and community stewardship adoption.
This program is a long‑term commitment — we prioritize survival and stewardship, not one‑day events.
Our model

Plantation + protection + after‑care

We treat plantation as a long‑term project. Survival rate improves when planting is paired with watering schedules, protection, and periodic checks.

Plant right
Native species, correct pit depth, compost/mulching support.
Water plan
First 90–120 days are critical — scheduled watering reduces mortality.
Protection
Tree guards where needed, signage, and community stewardship.
Tracking
Periodic checks, replacements if needed, and survival reporting.

FAQ

Questions about plantation drives

We focus on native species and survival, with realistic, trackable after‑care.

Only in approved locations such as schools, societies, parks, and designated open spaces where after‑care is possible.

Native trees are better adapted to local weather and support local biodiversity, improving long‑term survival.

Yes. We can plan a drive, volunteer engagement, and periodic survival updates based on the agreed scope.
Success metric
We measure survival after 3–6 months and improve the plan based on what worked on-ground.
